THE ENAGIC GLOBAL CONVENTION IN LAS VEGAS HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO JUNE 16-18, 2021

Due to COVID-19, Enagic is rescheduling the 2020 Enagic Global Convention in Las Vegas originally set for September 3-5, 2020 to Wednesday, June 16 through Friday, June 18, 2021. The event will still take place at the Mirage Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. U.S. and Canada residents who have already purchased Convention ticket(s) can transfer them to the 2021 event and get 3 FREE bottles of Electrolysis Enhancer or receive a refund for the purchase price.

  • Q. When is the 2021 Enagic Global Convention?

    June 16-18, 2021

  • Q. Can I transfer my existing ticket(s) to next year’s event?

    A. Yes. If you purchased your ticket(s) by May 15, 2020, you have the option to transfer your ticket* or receive a refund by the deadline of June 15, 2020. U.S. and Canada residents who have already purchased Convention ticket(s) can transfer them to the 2021 event and get 3 FREE bottles of Electrolysis Enhancer! Please email your request to operation-us@enagic-convention.com.

         *Ticket transfers are irreversible. You can’t request a refund AFTER requesting a transfer.

  • Q. If I want a refund, when can I expect to receive it?

    Due to the large quantity of tickets requiring a refund, and the manual way they must be processed, please expect to wait at least 14 business days after you send in your request.

  • Q. Where is the 2021 Enagic Global Convention?

    At the Mirage Las Vegas Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.

  • Q. What if I already booked my hotel?

    If your hotel was booked through our registration site, it will automatically be cancelled. If you booked accommodations on your own, please contact your hotel for cancellation policy.

  • Q. How do I book a hotel reservation at the Mirage Las Vegas Hotel & Casino for the new dates?

    A new link will be posted shortly.

  • Q. What if I booked my flights already?

    Please contact your airline for their policy.

  • Q. What if I am one of the winners for the “Flying to Vegas” promotion? Will my ticket be transferred? When will my ticket be reimbursed?

    If you are one of the winners of the “Flying to Vegas” promotion, you will be reimbursed after the event in 2021. All winning tickets will be transferred to next year’s event. Please make sure you attend the 2021 event in order to be reimbursed. If you cannot attend next year and would like to be reimbursed, you will be forfeiting your prize.

  • Q. What airport should I fly into?

    McCarran International Airport (LAS)

  • Q. What is the cancellation policy for the event in 2021?

    A. There are no cancellations or refunds on Convention tickets purchased after May 15, 2020. However, you are able to sell and assign your ticket to another party who plans to attend.

  • Q. Can I bring a guest or guests?

    Yes, guest tickets will be available on the registration website.

  • Q. Can I bring children?

    Yes. Every attendee needs a Convention ticket and here are the rates for children:

         • Ages 0-5: Free

         • Ages 6-12: $99

         • Ages 13 and older: Regular rate

    If you decide to bring children to the Convention, please keep in mind that:

         1) The event is focused on business training.

         2) Some of the activities, including the Enagic Party on Thursday, June 17, are NOT open to guests under 21 years old.

         3) Children in attendance are required to be supervised at all times.

  • Q. What is included in my ticket?

    Admission to all 3 days of events plus admission to LIGHT nightclub (21 and over) on Thursday, June 17, 2021.

  • Q. What do I need to bring to the registration desk?

    Please bring a printout of your ticket(s) with the QR code. Having it on your mobile device is also acceptable. The main account that purchased the ticket can log in to their MyPage account to retrieve the tickets.

  • Q. Where do I get the Beatles LOVE show tickets?

    For the attendees that won the free show tickets, please stop by the specified booth with the email you received to retrieve your tickets.

  • Q. How do I know if I won Beatles tickets?

    If you did not receive an email but feel that you should have won, please email operation-us@enagic-convention.com.

  • Q. Where do I go to see the Beatles LOVE show by Cirque du Soleil?

    The show will be performed at the LOVE Theater inside Mirage Las Vegas Hotel & Casino.

  • Q. Will there be translation services available at the Convention?

    Yes. Translation services will be available in Vietnamese, Chinese, Spanish, and Japanese.

  • Q. What meals are provided by Enagic during the Convention?

    General session attendees will need to provide for their own meals.
