Common Water

The human body is comprised of 70% water, so it's not much of a stretch to say that "the basis of vitality and long life is water." If you want to feel good and be at your optimal health level, you should drink water on a daily basis. But not just any type of water.

What are the differences in drinking water?

Water is the foundation to health – this is why water quality is so important.

Tap water

is municipal water, subject to strict regulations •
may be treated with chlorine to keep it clean •
may contain sediment and have a stale taste •
contains varying amount of minerals, depending on area •
cheap •

With an Enagic Kangen Water machine, your tap water will not only become more palatable by filtering unwanted sediment and residues, it will also gain the beneficial property of being rich in
molecular hydrogen.

Due to strict regulations, tap water in Europe is a good quality drinking water, and it is your most practical source.

Bottled water

can originate from a mixture of sources •
plastic bottles may contain BPA which can leach into the water •
contains varying amount of minerals, depending on source •
expensive in purchase •

Even though tap water is freely available and safe in most European countries, drinking bottled water is widespread, with some estimates stating a consumption of approx. 200 billion bottles every year. This has a negative impact on the environment, including water wastage and pollution.

Since on average, 3 litres of regular water are necessary to produce only 1 litre of bottled water, approx. 100 billion litres of water are wasted every year. In addition to that, not only do the packaging, transportation, and refrigeration of bottled water generate CO2, contributing to climate change, most of the bottles end up as plastic waste, instead of being recycled.

Bottled water is not necessarily healthier than tap water and yet it costs much more!

Well water

• sometimes more alkaline in nature but prone to contamination.
• Requires regular testing and is expensive to maintain.

In addition to its flat taste, distilled water doesn’t provide you with minerals like calcium and magnesium that you get from tap water.

Distilled water

 • all or almost all minerals are removed, which has raised concern, as waterborne minerals supplement nutrition.
